St Kilda is a great beach to launch and wing foil. It is also the closest launch spot from the central city, so this spot can get busy after 5pm.

The beach is nice and wide, so you can safely learn wing foiling here.

On low tide, you have to walk out a bit further over a sand bar to foil.
